contacts to members of the management of major
companies in the respective sector mean that we
learn of opportunities to buy or sell companies and
equity holdings at an early stage.

Germany for determining company valuations. We have
been tracking all the acquisition transactions in
the ICT sector in recent years and can draw on a
large database of deals to identify the leading
valuation parameters and underlying trends.
KP TECH can be brought in at any phase of the M&A
process. In many assignments we are involved in the
development of the acquisition strategy, working
with members of the Board of Directors and senior
management. In other situations, the strategy is in
place and we are required to start the process with
