To strengthen our team we are looking for 

Director Mergers & Acquisitions (female/ male) for our headquarter in Frankfurt/ Germany or for Switzerland

- A key role in executing M&A transactions -
 

Your tasks:

• Mergers & Acquisitions advisory (e.g. selecting companies, enterprise valuation, information memoranda, due diligence, project management) 

• Assessment/ preparation of investment proposals 

• Structuring of M&A transactions

• Performance of financial analysis (DCF, Real Options Analyses)

• Negotiations of SPA´s

• Selling our service offerings

Your qualifications:

• Around 5 years of professional experience in the environment of M&A as well as in one (or more) technology sectors. 

• Academic degree in economics

• Strong communication and presentation skills (CEO/ CFO level)

• Pro-activity and ability to work independently

• Fluency in English and German

• Ability to acquire new M&A mandats
